Include the following:

  • What browser are you using? (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)
  • What Operating System are you running? (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X, etc.)
  • What can we do to reproduce the error?
While we make every effort to answer support tickets within a couple of hours, we do ask that you allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same problem as this just floods the queue and it will take us longer to get back to you. Thanks!
